Sustainability

We committed ourselves to a sustainable corporate responsibility and to recycle materials as much as possible in accordance to the Recycling Management Act.

In our production process, we only use recycled rubber powder from 100% pure scrap truck tyres. Our grinding process, the grinding fineness as well as the activation by a special additive from renewable raw materials, makes Myaktiv an environmentally friendly alternative to polymers from crude oil processing.

RECYCLING

We meet the high quality standards through the selection of only truck tyres as well as the quality-conscious production of rubber granulates and powders.

Our recycling process is ecological, economical and responsible. Like that scrap truck tyres are processed into valuable raw materials.

We achieve an efficient reuse of recycling materials with Myaktiv by using exclusively environmentally friendly additives from renewable raw materials.

In this way we support the resource cycle by using recycled rubber.

Myaktiv - a rubber powder made from scrap tyre recycling material. It is ideal for rubber-modified asphalts according to E GmBA. Better effects can be achieved than when using polymer-modified bitumen (PmB).

Myaktiv Eco

With our new product Myaktiv Eco, we can lower the processing temperature of the rubber-modified asphalt, thus helping to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions. At the same time, we reduce the pollution from vapors and aerosols during processing and paving.

GO YOUR OWN WAY

The entrepreneurial goal of MBC Mülsener Bauchemie GmbH is to develop and actively market a high-quality rubber powder for the modification of bitumen and asphalt. Almost five years of research and development were invested to be able to offer Myaktiv, a product made of 100% recycled truck tyres for the production of rubber-modified asphalt according to the E GmBA.

We can prove the equivalence of rubber-modified asphalts with Myaktiv in comparison to polymer-modified asphalts through qualified test results by the Technical University Dresden.
